This gastronomic hideaway is one of the most romantic evening spots on Antigua. It occupies a gracefully proportioned pavilion adjacent to the sea. It's the kind of place where concierges at upscale resorts send their clients when they ask for an independent restaurant that's a change from a hotel dining room. Some of the best-tasting menu items include a carpaccio of marlin, sautéed calamari, pan-fried loin of yellowfin tuna with lemon grass, and loin of black-faced lamb with red grape and apple chutney.
